Ithaca, NY Rising from the ashes of hometown favorites, CHAPEL PERILOUS, EYE OF BALOR is set to bring the black metal back to Ithaca. Taking a more direct and melodic direction than the 8 minute epics of its predecessor, I can't wait to finally experience what Brian Patrick Burke, Brandon Kane, Adam Morris, Jason Dengler (also of Agog), and Brian Dayhart have brewed up this time around. Ithaca, NY In a "how's that for timing?" coincidence, ex-Intelligence Failure members Adam Davis, Matt Manzer, and Jeff Walker (also of Rocko Dorsey) along with Jason Schneider have formed a gritty, punk influenced thrash/black metal project! With the help of family and friends the baby was born. From the walls of the practice room came the sound that Ithaca was looking for. Something fun yet scary. A couple of dudes shredding face and looking to piss some people off (mostly Kenny). The band is now and forever shall be Klepto. Don't mess with the unicorn unless you’re ready to get the horn. Featuring IU faithful: Jesse Grossman-Screams/Growls, Mike Herman-Guitar, Drew R-J-Drums, Theo R-J-Eye Candy.
